Your reservation

 

 
When can I check in?
 
The check-in starts at 3 pm. An early check in is only possible after consultation and depends on the booking situation. If you check in after 6 pm, please let us know.
When do I have to check out?
 
We kindly ask you to check out until 12 pm. A later check out is possible after consultation and depends on the booking situation.
Can I store my luggage in the hotel?
 
Certainly you can store your luggage before arrival and after departure in our luggageroom.
Do you offer 3- or 4-bed-rooms?
 
We can offer you  3- or 4-bed-room on demand. Please contact our reservation department directly, reservierung@europaeischer-hof.de .
Do you accept assumptions of costs?
 
If you are a business guest, we accept a written confirmation on the company´s letterhead or by credit card authorisations. For privat guests we only accept credit card authorisations.

Wellness / Spa

 

 
Can I get a bathrobe and towels?
 
We will provide you with a bathrobe and towel on the reception of the spa-area.
What are the opening times of the wellness-area?
 
The wellness-area is open for you between 7 am and 10 pm.
Can I use the wellness-area after check out?
 
You can use the wellness-area after departure. We kindly ask for your understanding that we have to charge 10,- € per person after 12 pm.
Can I take my family & friends with me and what does it cost?
 
As our guest you can bring external guests with you (only in your presence). We charge 15,- € per person/day.
Can I make a reservation for massages or treatments before arrival?
 
You can book a massage or treatment directly on our website. Also you can find there descriptions for all offered massages and treatments and also available dates.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?
 
We kindly ask for your understanding, that pets are not allowed in our hotel.
What is the validity of the 3 day travel-ticket?
 
You will recieve the ticket by check-in, you can use it from this time. 
Is it possible to extend the travel-ticket?
 
If you have booked for more than 4 nights we will extend the ticket free of charge for you.
Is the travel-ticket depending on the booking platform?
 
It doesn´t matter if you booked directly or via a booking-platform. You will recieve the ticket as a gift from our house.
Do you have parking places?
 
The hotel has its own parking spaces. Please notice there is a limited numbers of parking spaces. We recommend to book a parking space together with your room reservation. Cost per night 22,- €.
Do you have parking places for buses?
 
We have a parking place for buses. You can reserve these only by arrangement.

I will arrive early, can I use the breakfast buffet?
 
Of course this is possible. Please sign in at the breakfast-check-in-desk. When you arrive with many guests, we would be happy to get an information before. Per person we will charge 20,- €.
I am not a guest of the hotel, can I nevertheless use the breakfast?
 
This is possible. Please sign in at the breakfast-check-in-desk. When you arrive with many guests, we would be happy to get an information before. Per Person we will charge 25,- €.
Does the hotel has a restaurant?
 
The restaurant "Paulaner Wirtshaus" belongs to the hotel. It´s opened daily from 11.30 am til 12 pm. The kitchen closes at 23 pm.
